delivery & returns
We ship all parcels within the Netherlands by PostNL, who states to deliver within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed (and paid) from Monday through Friday, will be shipped within three working days. Items purchased from outlet and/or sale might take longer as it can get very busy with all the orders.
In case a package is damaged upon receipt, please ask the deliverer to make a note. In addition, please report this to us by sending an email to [email protected] as well.
- Netherlands: €5,8 per package and free for orders above €75.
- Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: €6,95 per package and free for orders above €100.
Did you order the wrong item? Wrong size? Not happy with your order? You can exchange item(s) or we will gladly accept returns (with the below exceptions).
Products purchased at the outlet/sale cannot be returned or exchanged .
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear (boxers, hipsters, tanktops and singlets)cannot be returned or exchanged. Any underwear returned will not be reimbursed.
If you received “free shipping” with your order and after you return all or part of your order, the total price of the items you keep is below the quantity required for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs from your return quantity.
If you wish to return (part of) your order, please take the following steps:
- Let us know that you wish to return (part of) your order by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days after you received the products. After this period, your purchase is definite. You can only return products that have been bought in our webshop (www.feeenmini.com)
- You have 14 days to return the products from the moment you receive your order.
- Please return products in their original state with the original packaging and hangtags. feeēn mini will not accept items used, worn, damaged, or altered.
- Make sure you pack everything properly, so that the products (and attachments) won’t get damaged during transportation
- We will provide you address details for your return shipment via e-mai.
- The customer is always responsible for the risk and cost of return shipment. It is up to you how to ship the products (normal or track & trace)
- After we’ve received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email
- When you returned the complete order (with or without any reason), we will refund the full amount excluding the delivery costs to your bank account. When you returned part of the order, we will only refund the amount for the products that have been returned to us. The refund will be done within 14 days after we received your return
